I research, teach, and write about corporations, corporate governance, and contextual private law. Particularly, I teach Corporate Governance where I explore the social context of the corporation and the strategies to govern the corporate entity. To supplement my interest, I also explore Law and Development with specific focus on political economy. I intend to pursue my doctoral work on the nature of the corporations.
