As an academic, my research interests lie in private law remedies, economic analyses of contract and tort law, and employment law. With these research interests I seek to produce scholarship which sits at an intersection between private law, critical theory, and existential/humanistic critiques of laissez-faire ideology. My research and associated academic pursuits thus directly engage the goals of APPEAL, particularly those of understanding the economy as a system interconnected with law
