About My Work
I am a PhD student in Economics at the New School and a Fellow in Trade Governance at the Council on Economic Policies (CEP). I am interested in an embedded understanding of property rights which includes their interplay with a society’s social and ecological ramifications. My current PhD research focuses on money in general and the topic of usury in the Middle Ages. At the CEP my work focuses on trade governance for sustainable prosperity, looking specifically at preferential trade agreements.
